我來自大別山腳下的一個落后的小村子。我深深懂得“寶劍鋒從磨礪出，梅花香自苦害來”。苦澀的童年時代和艱難的求學之路培養了我“流汗流血不流淚”的性格和“特別能吃苦，特別能忍耐，特別能奉獻”的良好品質。因此，我十分珍惜我的工作崗位，工作踏踏實實，勤勤懇懇，一絲不茍。

第二：必備能力枝江一中六年的工作經歷使我具備了擔任教務處主任助理的工作能力。

1．工作經歷：班主任工作通關（高三兩年），三次高三教學，三年教科科室副主任。

特別是在年，我帶高三（11），三（12）兩個班的英語課，三（12）班班主任，同時，主要負責教科室工作（時任教科室主任的周德富老師因病請假一年）

2．工作業績：

①教學方面：所任教班級一直居備課組前。其中年二次ec和勞績評估居全校第一，三次居全年級第二名，二次獲__市教學質量一等獎。

并在年，高考評估居枝江一中文科組第一名。參加__市優質課競賽一等獎，校首屆說話二等獎，第二屆青蘭杯上課一等獎。

②管理方面：四年的班主任經歷中有三次獲得示范班級稱號（注：枝江一中的示范班級，每個年級每學期期末評一次，且只能評一個）四次五星班級，一次四星班級。這在枝江一中的校史上是不多見的。參加枝江一中首屆和第二屆班主任五項技能大賽均貨一等獎。

③教研方面：工作以來，我樂于總結和歸納、勤于反思，有五篇文篇分別發表在《中小學電教》《湖北教育》《教師報》《中學生學習報》等刊物上；另有三篇論文獲國家級論文交流一二等獎。

第三：獨特的優勢：

1．我有擔任教務處主任助理的年齡優勢：30歲，正當盛年，正是甩開臂膀大干一場的黃金年華。

2．我有堅強的后盾，我的戰友黃會慧，現夷陵中學一（3）、一（13）班英語教師，同時任一三班班主任，我們同教英語，有著天然的協作和支持的便利條件。

3．家庭支持：不久遠在枝江的父母也會到宜昌定居。有了他們的支持，我們便沒有了對父母兒子的牽掛，可以全身心投身于工作中去。

基于以上三大方面的原因，我認為我有能力擔任教務處主任主力這一職務。下面，我簡要談談我對教務劉主任助理這一工作崗位的認識。

簡單的說，十二個字：“組織協調，當好參謀，做好服務”教務工作細小繁雜，幾乎每天都“重復著昨天的故事”。然而教學是學校的中心工作，因而教務工作這便顯的尤為重要，一但教學工作某環節出了問題，就會影響整個學校的正常的教學秩序。1．組織協調指的是：協助主任指導課題組，坐好教師的雪原培訓工作，新教師的崗前培訓工作，抓好校本培訓工作，編排四表：教師分工安排表、課表、時間表、值日值周表，完成教學情況的檢查匯總反饋工作。

2．當好參謀指的是：定期召開學生座談會，及時掌握第一手資料，完成教學的數據的統計工作，及時發現問題，并為班主任提供建設行的意見，成立教學顧問團，試題評價機制，優質課競賽選拔機制，本校先進教師業績報告會例會制，開辦學生陪優輔差班：為實驗班開辟圖書館。實驗室綠色通道。高一新生開設禮儀課，學法指導課，心理健康教育課。

3．做好服務指的是：為課題組提供服務，幫助課題組完成資料的收集整理工作，具體地向老師們準備好每一期的教育教學理論學習資料，并督促老師們做好理論筆記，做好各類臺帳：如教師資料選用臺帳，教師條理臺帳，師生獲獎臺帳，師生請假臺帳，教師參加大型教研活動或競賽活動臺帳，集體備課活動臺帳，教學常規檢查、學生的學籍管理和教師
